The Villa
Unit #1207 is located in building 1 (called Ibis) and is the closet 2 bedroom villa to the Sound, with waterviews from every window. It is a second floor unit, with parking along side. Entry to the unit is via coded keypad. This villa has just been extensively renovated and sleeps 6; with a master bedroom and bath, guest bedroom and 2nd bath. The master bath has a new walk-in shower. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player. Everything is new, comfortable, and decorated in coastal colors and schemes. Floors are wood and tile with area rugs. The plentiful seating includes a queen size sleeper sofa, rattan chair and ottoman, bistro set and settee, bedroom easy chair, and 4 seat dining set. There is a new full sized washer and dryer in the unit. We provide amenities to start your visit such as: toiletries, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, paper products, and so forth. The "Information Alcove" is stocked with maps, brochures, and booklets to assist in exploring the Island, choosing your favorite activities, and experiencing the wonderful history, culture, and dining of the Lowcountry.
Master Bedroom
This is an ensuite master bedroom with your own bath, featuring a walk-in shower. The king size bed, which is situated to watch the sun rising or setting, has a comfortable pillow top mattress with luxurious bedding. There is a TV and DVD player to view your favorite program or film and an easy chair to read a book from the book basket. A roomy dresser and closet, and luggage rack help with storing your belongings. Woven wooden shades complete the natural decor and may be raised or lowered with the privacy shades to adjust the light and viewing.
Room No.2
The twin beds are also pillow top for comfort and face the media chest which houses a TV and DVD player. There are children's books and DVDs as well. This room has it's own bath, and entrance if so desired.
Kitchen
Fully equipped with all small appliances like; toaster, coffee maker & grinder, blender, electric teapot, popcorn maker, all cooking utensils. You can even make a pizza or boil some shell fish in the lobster pot! Buffets in the kitchen and comfortable dining area supply everything from placemats to wine accessories. Use shish kebab skewers on the outdoor grills and serve chilled cocktails in the mararita set!
Living Room
The cozy living room features an electric fireplace and a 42 inch television on the entertainment center providing a beautiful clear picture, also viewable from the lanai bistro set. The cabinet is stocked with DVDs and there are baskets of beach reads. A queen size sleeper sofa accomodates 2 more guests; sheets and pillows located in the coffee table/trunk.
Lanai
The lanai calls for watching the sky change as the sun lowers over the Sound while sharing a glass of wine at the bistro set, or having coffee as you plan your day. Enjoy a nice chat or beach read relaxing in the loveseat. The trunk holds beach towels and the palm tree cabinet provides an extra set of cutlery. Beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, skim and boogie boards, tennis rackets, football, games, volleyball and bocce ball sets are also provided.
